William L. Geary provides the most accurate art appraisals possible. We are constantly updating our data bases with auction and sales records from all over the world.

William L. Geary follows the appraisers' Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. We pledge that all information obtained in the course of an appraisal will be held in the strictest confidence and released only at the request of the client.

• A survey of your collection to determine which works are in need of an appraisal
• Examination of individual works using magnification
• Photography of each work for your records
• Research of current market, and artists' careers and sales
• Assembly of all pertinent information of insurance schedules, estate planning, estate tazation, charitable donations, or your personal use.
• Delivery of a fully annotated and researched written report with photographs
• Prepared to the Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Education: Colorado College, BA Liberal Arts

Business Experience: Twenty seven years working in the insurance business. Fifteen years were spent with internationally recognized insurance brokerage firms in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and New York. Created property, casualty, marine, and inland marine risk management programs for corporate and personal accounts.
